- 18% GST applicable over the above fee.
- You must pay within 15 days of your registration or by the end of the offer date, whichever comes earlier, failing the applicable offer will not be valid under which the registration happened.
- Cancellations must be confirmed in writing. The last date to cancel your registration is January 31, 2025, with a 50% refund. 25% of the fees would be withheld as processing fees at any given point in time. Substitutions are welcome till February 3, 2025. Cancellation of tickets after January 31, 2025, are not allowed. In case a participant still wants to cancel, only 25% of the paid amount would be refunded.
- A single ticket grants access to a single attendee on the day of the summit and is strictly non-transferable. Organizers reserve the right to ban participants from sharing a single ticket and using the issued pass/badge with someone else’s name on it from current and future events.
- Registrations are valid only when made through the HYSEA official event website. HYSEA does not authorize any third party to sell summit tickets on its behalf and is not responsible for tickets purchased from any third-party sellers or aggregators. Delegate passes purchased through unauthorized websites will not be granted entry to the event.
- Group discounts are applicable only on the regular fee and will not be clubbed with any other offer.
